Privacy Policy

QuickWin ("we", "us") operates the QuickWin mobile app and website (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Phone number. Used to create and sign in to your account via a one-time SMS code. Sent to our SMS provider to deliver that code.
• Nickname. Your chosen display name, shown on leaderboards and to other players.
• Game data. Coins, streaks, predictions, power-ups, follows, and referrals you create while playing.
• Contacts (optional). If you use "Find friends → Contacts" and grant permission, the app reads your device contacts and creates a one-way cryptographic hash of phone numbers on your device. Only those hashes are sent to us, solely to find which of your contacts already use QuickWin. We do not upload or store your contacts' names or raw phone numbers.

We do not collect precise location, photos, health data, or browsing history, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

How we use information

• To provide the game: authentication, your balance and stats, leaderboards, social features (follow/friends), referrals, and live match predictions.
• To operate and secure the Service (e.g. rate-limiting sign-in attempts).
• To deliver the one-time codes needed to sign in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing

• Other players can see your nickname, avatar, and public game stats (e.g. leaderboard rank). They cannot see your phone number or contacts.
• Service providers that help us run the app (e.g. our SMS delivery and hosting providers) process data on our behalf.
• We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated game data. You can also email us to request deletion.

Children

QuickWin is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, secure token storage on device) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or certain US states), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. In-app deletion covers the most common request; for anything else, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy; we will post the new "Last updated" date here.
